An untraditional green goddess dressing using avocado

avocado
pitted and cubed

lemon juice

Kefir
the drinkable kind

cup
olive oil

small garlic clove
minced

TBSP
rice vinegar

tsp
salt

teaspoon
dijon mustard

cube Toppits frozen basil
thawed

cube Toppits frozen parsley
thawed
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth. Pour into a cup to serve on a salad.
Make a salad from whatever you have on hand: lettuce, black and green olives, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, goat cheese etc,
